BESTn Shipping Policy

We ship products direct to your doorstep.
BESTn has an Order and Shipment Tracking System to enhance the sharing of order statuses and shipment tracking information with customers such as sharing shipment tracking codes along with tracking links to let customers track their delivery status.
The system can include a feature that displays an attractive timeline on an Order Detail page to keep customers informed about their current order statuses.
Payment in full is required before goods are arranged for dispatch and delivery.
Please note we are unable to deliver bulky items to PO Box addresses.
Goods over 30kg will not be offloaded by transport companies.
Goods over 50kg will require a Forklift, Tractor or the like to offload.
If you are not at the delivery address Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm we recommend using a work or alternate address for delivery, goods will not be redelivered and will ultimately be your responsibility to collect from the Freight Depot.
Carrier loss in transit: all carrier losses must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery ETA. Any claims outside of this time frame will not be covered by the carrier or our insurance. IMPORTANT: All non deliveries or damages MUST be reported within 10 days of delivery ETA to be eligible for carrier investigation. Claims outside of this time frame may be declined.
All loss, returns or warranty claims must be submitted via the BESTn online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
