BESTn enables Australian suppliers who don’t have any, or a limited online presence, to promote and sell their products online throughout Australia.  

Suppliers are able to fulfil orders from within BESTn website on products listed.  This includes the ability to view order details, addresses and shipping information for the customers who are buying the products.

We provide selected vendors with a “Local Suppliers Access”.  

This connection to BESTn assigns products to local suppliers and allows them to fulfil orders from within our BESTn website by assigning them a separate account for orders. 

Our selected suppliers will have secure access where after logging in, they can:

• View order details, addresses and shipping information for the customers who buy their products.
• Update BESTn by marking it as “Received”, which informs BESTn that the supplier is prepping the product.
• Check the status of orders and mark them as “complete”
• Download an order’s packing slip in .pdf format.
• Provide shipping information by updating tracking numbers and shipping companies for our customers.

We provide an “Automated Suppliers Notification” and a “Notification and Packing Slip”.

A customer’s order notifications is immediately sent to our local suppliers via email. 

These notifications are to contain everything the supplier needs to know to ship the item, such as the order details, addresses and chosen shipping methods.

Online store branding and relevant details to every order notification are provides to enhance packing slip presentation.
