BESTn Warranties and Returns

Our guarantees to customers are backed by Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

The guarantees are not the same as warranties, including extended warranties.

Our guarantees are automatic and can’t be taken away.

Any warranties we provide are an extra promise that we choose to make on top of the consumer guarantees.

There are limits and exceptions to the guarantees as communicated by the ACCC.  Guidance material is provided online by the ACCC for consumers and for businesses regarding consumer guarantees.

BESTn operates with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process.

This system allows our customers to request and manage returns and exchanges directly from their user accounts.

Warranties are tied directly to the product themselves – when the warranty expires, so does the ability for the user to request a warranty, return, or exchange.

The system incorporates request return or warranty issue product images, and track returns to/from our customers, all within their user account.
